About Freeframe
Our Mission Statement
Our strategies are designed to support the whole person. We believe good health is shaped by bodies, minds, relationships, environments and social circumstances.
We acknowledge everyone’s lived experience is central to understanding what helps, what harms and what must change.

Who We Are
Freeframe is a not-for-profit organisation delivering training and development for all organisations, including health care providers and the NHS.
We offer our training for free to carers, service users, and people in work or education.
We exist to bridge the gap between professional development, competency-based education and lived experience.
Our training concentrates on developing life skills that help you understand what you require in your everyday life to be successful.
Why Freeframe is Different
We empower people to thrive and grow.
Freeframe bridges the gap between compassion and empathy, lived experience and academic credibility.
- Stigma: We address the harmful effects of stigma and discrimination, encouraging open dialogue and greater acceptance.
- Recovery: Our work highlights the journey of recovery, illustrating the resilience and hope that individuals bring to their experiences.
